1. What Cosmic Drop is

Cosmic Drop is a free, browser-based entertainment game. The game is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The game does not involve real money, real wagers, or real prizes. All stars, balances, and multipliers are virtual and have no monetary value.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Drop and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the game.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change when we do.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
